COMPLETED IN 2013

Replacing a tired, run-down house on a beautiful lot, this impressive modern beach dwelling is the permanent home for a retired couple, but serves as a holiday home for their children and grandchildren. As such, the house had to be comfortable and cosy for two, but dynamic and large enough for visiting friends and family. Circular porthole windows are a recurrent theme in this now iconic design, creating snapshot views throughout the house.
